Dredge Cutterhead controls

The displayed interface is part of TS-DredgeIQ, Tri-Sphyre's advanced software for controlling cutterhead suction dredges. The detailed dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of the dredge’s operational status, including critical parameters such as dredge pump speed, discharge pressure, and jet pump pressure. 


The central section highlights the real-time status of key components across the dredge, showing RPMs, PSI levels, and precise angles and depths of the cutterhead. Users can monitor dredging performance with graphical charts on material flow rates, power consumption, and production output. Additionally, the ladder position is visualized, providing essential depth and angle data for optimized dredging.


Warnings and alerts are visible at the top of the interface, ensuring quick access to active issues like temperature controls and alarms. The layout also includes a pie chart showing system status distribution (running, stopped, fault) and real-time power metrics, giving operators an accurate picture of both machine health and efficiency.


With the TS-DredgeIQ system, users can control, monitor, and respond to changes in real-time, ensuring smooth, efficient dredging operations while minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
