Before founding Tri-Sphyre in 2023, Gilberto held leadership roles at Actemium, FLANDERS, and Siemens, where he led multi-million-dollar engineering projects, managed high-performing teams, and drove business unit growth. His extensive experience spans automation systems, electrical and mechanical design, process optimization, and operational efficiency for industries including manufacturing, mining, and metals.
